Amy L. Smith, Co-founder and CEO of Kohler Financial Services, Inc. Amy is a Professional Tax Preparer and Accountant. She has over 25 years experience in Business and Individual Tax Preparation and Accounting. She has made it her career to help small businesses with their individual needs.
Amy resides in Port Orange with Mark, her husband of 33 years and their children. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling & pursuing spiritual goals.
Sherman N Coleman, has worked in the accounting and bookkeeping field for over 20 years for local Accounting Firms and companies. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and businesses in numerous industries, including, retail, restaurant, manufacturing and non-profit. He has assisted businesses with setting up their accounting system in QuickBooks, Peachtree and other accounting software.
Sherman works at applying his knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping to help clients achieve their goals and to be an adviser by helping them improve their financial position, maximize the value of their business and minimize their tax burden. Sherman is highly involved with the Port Orange/South Daytona Chamber of Commerce's, he served as an Ambassador and on their board of directors, and he volunteers for a local Non-Profit organization in Port Orange, ArtHaus Foundation.
Cheryl Scheller, has done accounting for 30 years and assisted in tax preparation for 15 years. She feels it's important to treat her clients as individuals and meet their personal needs. Cheryl has an Associates Degree in Business and is a Florida notary. The suburbs of Chicago were Cheryl's home until 1974 when she and her husband moved to Florida, where they raised their five children. She is involved as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoys gardening, dancing, traveling, watersports and four grandchildren.
Serafina Palazzolo, has over 20 years of accounting experience between Italy and United States and has worked with a range of small and medium-sized businesses. She holds a Doctorate Degree of Science in Business Administration and Economics Practices from PALERMO University, Italy. Having grown up in Italy, Serafina is not only fluent in both Italian and in English, but also commands an equally strong understanding of both cultures.
